Car is not cheap, maintaining and driving a car is not cheap either. Due to these concerns, I never really make up my mind to apply a proper driving license here. However, it seems that no matter whether I am going to drive or not, I need a proper license to go for most job interviews.
Today finally booked in the written exam and luckily found out a free translation service from government.
