Today is Maia's "full month" and A-ma's birthday. We had a small celebration after dinner time. Zoe sang Happy Birthday song in Mandarin and English to a-ma and "helped" blow the candles. Only two candles on A-ma's birthday cake because Zoe claimed that A-ma is "two" years old as she is!
Mum: who can eat birthday cake?
Zoe: Zoe! A-ma (of course, she is the birthday girl).
Mum: who else?
Zoe: A-Kon, daddy and mummy
Mum: Can Maia have birthday cake?
Zoe: No!!
Mum: why?
zoe: cause..cause..(think for a while)..small mouth
Mum: Maia can't eat because her mouth is too small?
Zoe: yes. and and Zoe has Big Mouth

NO no..we didn't go anywhere..just getting crazy dealing with two. We try to settle Zoe in the morning time and after Zoe falls asleep, it's Maia's turn. and I don't really have time to sit in front of computer for long!
